During almost 20 years in my professional career, I have been developing myself as a generalist with an operational DNA. My experience covers various aspects of manufacturing, supply chain management, customer service and finance/shared services. In my role as General Manager, I am responsible for Hilti’s injection molding plant and plastics competence center. Prior Hilti, I was part of the ZEISS Group for 15 years in different functions, businesses and regions.
My passion is leading people and to drive transformation. In that combination, it is possible to challenge and change the status quo. One of my current missions is to explore machine learning opportunities in injection molding operations and to drive the necessary change on shopfloor level with the respective teams.
