Operations = it just never gets boring. My goal is to move everyone forward: Continuous development of the team, work content & myself. I'm a big fan of the Pareto principle - 80% success at 20% effort. Especially empowerment is very important to me e. g. like the continuous wide rollout of new optimization methods e. g. PDCA, Kaizen moderation, KATA coaching. It is not only the awareness of these methods that is necessary, but also the application of them in day-to-day work from everyone. This attitude should be applied by everyone from the shopfloor to the bottom up. What’s more, I always like new challenges. If this generates added value for the company and its colleagues, I am very happy.
